THE GROWING DEMAND FOR HIGH-SKILLED TALENT IN THE HIGH-SPEED RAIL ERA
The development of strategic technology sectors and transport infrastructure is creating strong demand for highly skilled technical talent in Vietnam. Among these sectors, high-speed rail is generating an urgent need for engineers and specialists with expertise in technology, construction, operations, and maintenance. According to Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Thanh Chuong, Chairman of the University Council of the University of Transport and Communications, the high-speed rail sector alone could require more than 10,000 engineers in the coming years.
