Within the framework of VRT&CON’ 2026, the B2B Matchmaking Programme, organized by he French Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Vietnam (CCIFV) - an official partner of the Enterprise Europe Network (EEN) - aims to connect Vietnamese organizations and businesses with European companies operating in the fields of railway, smart mobility, and supporting industries. Through the programme, Vietnamese businesses will have a valuable opportunity to access international technology solutions, identify potential partners, and engage directly with European companies interested in the Vietnamese railway market.

Importantly, participation in the B2B Matchmaking Programme is completely free of charge for Vietnamese organizations and businesses. Upon completing registration, participating businesses will gain access to the B2B Matchmaking platform, where they can proactively browse profiles of participating European companies, identify suitable partners, send meeting requests, and select their preferred time slots for B2B meetings. The matchmaking sessions will take place on the afternoon of October 8, 2026, from 14:00 to 17:00, and throughout October 9, 2026, in two time slots: 09:00–12:00 and 13:00–15:00, at Hall 4, Vietnam Exhibition Center (VEC), Hanoi, Vietnam.

In addition to complimentary access to the B2B Matchmaking Programme, Vietnamese businesses will also have the opportunity to receive complimentary tickets to the Cocktail Networking event, taking place on the afternoon of October 9, 2026, from 15:30 to 17:30. As the number of Cocktail Networking tickets is limited, the Organizing Committee encourages businesses to register early to secure their participation.

Meanwhile, European companies interested in participating in the matchmaking programme can register through the EEN Railway Market Access Package, offered by CCIFV. The package includes access to the B2B Matchmaking platform and an opportunity to showcase their solutions at the EEN Railway Showcase Area.
