Taking place from November 12 to 15, 2025, at the National Exhibition Center (VEC - Dong Anh, Hanoi), VRT&CON’2025, the 1st International Exhibition & Summit on Modern Railway Technology and Infrastructure Construction Supply Chain in Vietnam, is regarded as a national and regional-scale exhibition. It marks the first time that regulatory bodies, associations, international organizations, and enterprises within the railway, infrastructure, and supporting industries have been fully gathered under one roof.

With a continuous four-day program, VRT&CON’2025 aims to connect investments, accelerate technology transfer, and develop a modern, sustainable, and internationally integrated railway industrial ecosystem in Vietnam.

Day 1: November 12, 2025 - Strategic Dialogue: Crafting the Vision, Launching Partnerships

The opening day of the exhibition features the participation of leaders from the Ministry of Construction, the Vietnam Railway Authority, representatives from various embassies, international organizations, and over 100 domestic and international enterprises.

Notably, Hoa Phat Group participates as a Silver Companion Unit affirming the position of Vietnamese enterprises in the materials and infrastructure industry while demonstrating a commitment to developing a modern, globally integrated railway ecosystem. Key activities include the Opening Ceremony, the Plenary Session, the MOU Signing Ceremony, the CEO Roundtable, and the Investor-Enterprise Connectivity Conference.

1. The Plenary Session focuses on shaping the development strategy for Vietnam's railway sector within the global supply chain, discussing planning, digital transformation, localization, and technical standards.

2. The MOU Signing Ceremony marks the formalization of numerous agreements between Vietnamese and international companies regarding investment, technology transfer, and human resource development.

3. The CEO Roundtable provides an open and constructive policy dialogue space concerning PPP models, capital structures, technology transfer, and practical challenges, helping to establish flexible and transparent cooperation mechanisms.

4. The Investor-Enterprise Connectivity Conference concludes the first day as a forum for “connecting investments for shared development,” bringing together investors, financial institutions, EPC contractors, and local partners to promote substantive cooperation between the public and private sectors.

Day 2: November 13, 2025 - Specialized Technology: Driving Green Innovation, Sustainable Cooperation

Following the opening day, the second day of the Exhibition, themed “Specialized Technology - Driving Green Innovation, Sustainable Cooperation,” focuses on showcasing technical solutions, strengthening supply chain linkages, and expanding technological collaboration between Vietnamese and international enterprises.

1. Technology Exhibition: The exhibition area opens to showcase a full spectrum of products, solutions, and services within the railway, infrastructure, and materials sectors, creating a dedicated space for professional exchange and direct cooperation opportunities between domestic and international firms.

2. Closed-door Roundtable with Vietnam Railways (VNR): This session is organized to directly connect enterprises—particularly international partners—with the ambition to become suppliers or strategic partners for VNR.

3. Technology Solutions Roundtable: A forum for businesses and research institutions to present technical proposals, operational solutions, signaling systems, energy management, and advanced materials suitable for Vietnam's development.

4. Honors & Appreciation Ceremony: A celebration to recognize sponsors, speakers, and the most impressive exhibition booths, fostering a spirit of cooperation and innovation throughout the railway business community.

Technology Exhibition Space and Hands-on Experiences

VRT&CON’2025 will keep the exhibition area open from November 14 to 15, 2025, showcasing specialized products, equipment, materials, and services from both domestic and international enterprises. The exhibition booths are strategically organized by thematic sectors: construction equipment and technology; signaling, control, and operations; specialized construction materials; digital transformation in transport infrastructure; and sustainable energy solutions.

Beyond catering to trade visitors, the exhibition is also open to the general public, students, and researchers, aiming to disseminate knowledge and ignite a passion for modern railway technology. Notably, November 15 - Railway Technology Experience Day - will serve as a community highlight, offering visitors direct access to physical models, operational equipment, and cutting-edge technical solutions.
